Browns Sign St. Louis-Yes, that’s right. The American League Club signed Jim St. Louis (above), 18-year-old left-handed outfielder, during a three-day tryout at Swayne field here. A French-Canadian, St. Louis is from Windsor, Ontario, and will be assigned to a farm club of the Browns.
